Projects include: t-shirt folding and mailings of 2,000+ packages, creation of 6,000 participant packets with specified materials (frame number, helmet number, wristband, veggie wristband, training materials, etc., Goody Bag creation and assembly line set-up, supply ziplocks for Orientation Day ie tent and bag identification chips.- Cultivate and manage ongoing relationships with corporate groups’ involvement in volunteer projects.- At regular intervals, email volunteers their assignments and event details to ensure their attendance.
