What started as a 'fill in the evenings' role turned into a full time job as a Manager of a team of 10. Starting out as a Tupperware Demonstrator I recruited a number of others and was in turn promoted to Manager position within six months.The role was highly sales focused for both myself and motivating my team. In May 2014 we were awarded as the Number 1 new team over both Australia and New Zealand. I personally sold over $16k worth of Tupperware that week. We regularly placed in the top ten teams over Australasia. I enjoyed the team environment and motivating others to achieve their goals and dreams. Recruitment was also a large part of this role - sourcing candidates, interviewing and onboarding. In February 2014 I made the Asia Pacific incentive trip and was taken to Macau, Hong Kong and Bangkok. I was awarded the Tupperware Ford Territory in December 2013 and attended the 2014 Tupperware Manager's Conference in Darwin. I love the thrill of incentives, targets and achieving sales goals. I try to find new and innovative ways to meet targets. I'm definitely a people person and enjoy meeting new people. I had to show high levels of confidence going into strangers homes and presenting to their friends and family.

HainesAttract is NZ's leading employer branding and recruitment communications agency. I was responsible for the Business Development in the Northen Region of New Zealand and had an overview for the rest of the country. I really enjoyed getting out and meeting prospects and clients and solving recruitment problems. I managed one team member, and project managed a number of others. In my role I prepared formal Government and Private sector tender documents, initiated cold contact and met with HR and Employers all over New Zealand. I then onboarded the new clients before performing a thorough handover to Account Management. As Account Coordinator I was responsible for a portfolio of Government and Private Sector clients in placing all of their print and online recruitment ads. Key skill in this role was proofreading and high levels of administration. Time management was a must as various deadlines on differing days. Good communication with clients saw me become a highly valued member of the team and developed sales skills saw me promoted to Business Development Manager.

Took the opportunity of a J1 Visa to work in New York for 4 months.
