I loved this role helping executives all around the world with cutting edge career development training. For almost a decade I worked with global businesses, across sector to create customised training solutions to improve knowledge and performance under the brands IIR Management Development & IFF Training. Topics ranged from technical financial training such as Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Investments, Financial Crime, Fintech, Private Equity and Risk Management to Soft Skills including Leadership, Presentation Skills, Negotiation, Team Development, Wellness, Communication, Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations and Culture. It was a pleasure to work with the world's best independent thought leaders and trainers to develop bespoke solutions in person, digital/self-paced, virtual live and blended formats with and exclusively for our clients. I worked with all levels from C-suite to Team Leaders, understanding their needs and goals to ensure we achieved their ultimate outcomes together.

IFF has provided training for Finance and Energy professionals for 22 plus years. Running over 200 public courses from the education centre in London as well as approximately 170 in-company training events globally. About 70% of the clientele is from outside the UK so there is a really diversified audience. the faculty of globally knowledgeable thought leaders have "been there and done it". Theory is fine but in today's market you need practical "real-world" skills which IFF deliver everytime. My regions were the UK, France, Spain, Switzerland, Russia, Luxembourg, Belgium, Channel Islands, China and Asia Pac designing bespoke, tailored technical courses focusing on the practical outcomes. I was actively encouraged by the business to go out and meet with clients as often as possible. The business is committed to investment in client relationships, which I really enjoyed being naturally excited to meet so many new people from different backgrounds and build strong, transparent relationships with them.
