  • Direct Faculty Development Hub Program, an international train-the-trainer initiative rooted in the principles of CBME, designed to develop and disseminate content related to assessment, direct observation, feedback, and other topics.• Serve as faculty for Developing Faculty Competencies in Assessment Chicago course and Faculty Development Hub courses. • Lead development of agendas and curricula for Developing Competencies in Assessment course, including a pilot of innovative course re-design based on participant feedback.• Co-lead development of Clinician Educator Journal Club, a monthly interactive session for clinician educators to hone their skills and interact with authors of journal articles.• Facilitate development, dissemination, and promotion of faculty development toolkits.• Manage the ACGME Advancing Innovation in Residency Education (AIRE) program, including liaising with the GME community and the American Board of Medical Specialties member boards, while partnering closely with the Department of Accreditation, Recognition, and Field Activities.• Serve as initial reviewer for all AIRE proposals, evaluating for methodological rigor, providing feedback to programs, and recommending next steps to applicants and ACGME Review Committees.• Serve as ACGME liaison to FM-AIRE Learning Community, supporting and advising on specialty- and program-level innovations in Family Medicine.• Serve as the ACGME representative to the AMA National Advisory Panel for innovation in precision education for the transition from medical school to residency.• Serve as an editor for revision of Milestones Guidebooks, guiding expert author groups through extensive revisions to streamline and create new content.• Invited speaker at local, regional, and national conferences on topics such as feedback, CBME, and assessment.• Review abstracts for national and international conferences (International Association for Health Professions Education, Ottawa Conference, ACGME).
