I facilitate communication across all levels, acting as a liaison between the chapter, our Advisory and House Board, the Panhellenic Council, and Kappa nationals. By setting the agenda for executive and chapter meetings, I guide our team in fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships within the campus community and with alumnae. My role is to create an environment where each member feels empowered, accountable, and inspired to contribute to our chapter's success.
