Developed workflow to profile differences in the breast cancer methylome using MeSMLR-seq data. Utilized software to compare 5mC methylation at CpG and GpC sites across three breast tissue cell lines, and visualized methylation status at chromosomal regions with a potential for differences in methylation and chromatin accessibility using R. Presented work.
