• Proactively drive project deadlines internally with agency staff and externally with clients, working closely with Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.• Communicate with client and internal team about status of ongoing and completed projects. • Secondary point of contact for client in meetings, via in-person, telephone, and email.• Review, proof and approve client deliverables before they are sent to client• Assist in drafting creative briefs for Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to review/edit, interact with creative team, helping draft copy when needed, getting answers from clients when needed in order to drive creative and copy development internally.• Research of products, competition, industry trends, etc that agency can use as we develop campaigns.• Tracking of expenses and budget on each client and internal project• Assist in new business process, including research, compilation of proposals, strategy meetings, etc.• Plan and execute internal marketing and PR strategies, specifically social media contributions and NSM's World's Smallest Newsletter (WSN)• Investigate/Research/Assess new vendors, technologies, etc that may assist in the facilitation of client projects
