Kate is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cover-More Group, having previously been Group Head of Employee Experience, Diversity & Wellbeing at Zurich Insurance Group since May 2014. Prior to Zurich Insurance, she founded Latitude Consulting AG in 2008, providing HR consulting, leadership & talent development, change management, executive coaching and diversity interventions to help companies maximize their leadership and business effectiveness. Before 2008, in Australia, she worked in a number of executive roles including: Head of Culture and HR Strategy; and Head of HR for the Corporate Institutional Bank at Westpac Banking Corporation. She also held HR roles at the law firm Blake, Dawson Waldron, and at American Express Limited. Kate began her career in HR at the Australian Federal Attorney General’s Department.
