Experienced Events & Marketing Manager with a demonstrated history of working across three challenging sectors, found a new passion in an 1800 litre mash tun about 7 years ago! Skilled in production in a working brewery, with a bit of home brew and all the fun bits that go around that: logistics, marketing, community management, recipe development, giving tours and training new brewers, customer service, tastings for industry and public, salons and festivals and setting up weird and wonderful beery events. Until recently I was making award-winning beers on single infusion 8hl-18hl manual kits in Paris. In 2019 I relocated to Brighton and am excited to have joined the small and perfectly formed team at the Hand Brew Co making artisanal sessionable beers on (maybe) the oldest working tower brewery in the UK!
