Manages a team of thirteen Production and Requirements analysts supporting three compensation and employee information related systems. The move in this role resulted in taking on additional responsibilities for the Requirements analyst team, focusing on collaborating with business clients to determining the best solution for their needs, developing the requirements to support those needs and maintaining reference data for over 800 compensation plans.Two major initiatives were to: streamline employee information coming into our system and to reduce the number of system instances provided for the same function. The employee information effort results in a drop of 20% on trouble tickets relating to that area. Moving to one ACES system instead of three created a savings of 800K, enhanced the user experience and simplified reporting.

• Lead multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. For one project created over 400 test cases for three UAT phases. Managed 15 testers providing: training on the new system; training on the UAT process; training on the issue reporting system and daily AT&T connect sessions to identify / resolve issues. Responsible for tracking UAT completion status and providing those stats to the management team.• Acted as Lead Business Analyst for various systems and segments. Translated high-level business user requirements into business requirements, by partnering with Plan Design, Comp Admin and IT. Designs, develops and test strategies; plans and cases. Worked with a Support Analyst team to ensure • Subject matter expert for the migration of 4000+ sellers (both management and bargained) from the Callidus system to the ACES system. Handled numerous requirements for the initial roll-out and mentored a new requirements analyst on writing business requirements; system capabilities; table structure and reference data.• Developed training material and trained over 200 Sales Compensation Leads and Senior Compensation Managers on the new bizComp system. Presented training in Dallas, TX.• Partnered with IT proactively to gain an understanding of bizComp and shared that understanding with peers. Developed job aids: inputting UAT issue tickets and create business object queries. Identified issues and gaps and drove them to resolution resulting in multiple enhancements. When the Decision Web to bizComp interface was designed without our team’s involvement – creating a situation that would negatively impact requirements already defined, inserted myself into the process and gained agreement for a solution that worked.
