My role as Service & Productivity manager was to support the franchise business partners across EMEIA to ensure a consistent profitable growth across each market. As a Commercial Manager of a flagship store in Central London, the role is diverse and fast paced. Responsible for the back of house, P&L and Stock loss. I would do weekly store walks with the visual team and store managment to identify commercial stock and visual opportunities, as well as check seasonal inventory levels to maximise growth, and reduce loss/ markdown. Review and build stock levels across all seasons, to ensure correct stock levels at all times, planning for events and seasonal dates.Coach and train management team, as well as supports planning for new seasonal launches/ events. Works with all management to ensure risk assessment, stock loss and payroll targets are met.
