The programme starts with a keynote by Clare Morgan author of What Poetry Brings to Business. We then have a self directed break where you explore poetry and how it feels to read aloud. Session two explores poetry and wellbeing, with a break to watch curated TED talks on this subject and then we have our central session on Poetry is Leadership. another self directed break to explore poetry in your leadership and onto session 4 which discovers the links between poetry and innovation and creativity in the workplace. Our final PLAY break lets you compile your own poetry for business toolkit before our final session takes you through a workshop of Poetry for Coaching. We have poets in residence summarising every session and an evenings Open Mic with Feature poets sharing their words on poetry in the workplace. You will leave this conference buzzing with ideas!
