I want all of my customers to feel that they had an outstanding experience with us, that they are taken care of beyond their expectations (the wow factor), and that they receive more value than they paid for. I also want to show women that this is a viable industry for them to work in, and that there is definitely a place and a need for them here.I started my career as a technician with Mercedes-Benz, got my smog license and ASE Master certifications, and become a master diagnostician. I have been an automotive technician for over 20 years.
