My passion is creativity - My business is creative problem solving. I'm Kate Pritchard and I've been Creative Director and Founder of Disco Flamingo since September 2020. A pandemic born business, we started trading in uncertain times, but since have managed to grow and establish as a creative agency in the heart of Norwich. I'm excited and passionate about helping other businesses to maintain beautiful, consistent marketing materials both online and in print. Design is all about communication and we can definitely help to create materials that serve a purpose and look the part too. I started my journey into design at the age of 19 after quitting a university degree in psychology. It wasn't my finest moment - but actually I've been fortunate enough to find a career that suits my strengths and actually plays to my interests too. I've always been interested in people and the way they think but now I get to use that insight to effectively communicate messages in my design work and creative problem solve too.
