Recruited to lead this newly created role tasked with developing a combined Strategic Planning and Business/Decision Support division from its inception. Responsible for designing, directing, and facilitating strategic planning for all clinical services, inclusive of 7 major Centers of Excellence. Additionally responsible for overseeing business/decision support services for hospital-wide operations, including automated dashboards with integrated operational and strategic growth metrics. Reports directly to the health system COO and CFO.

Served as the internal planning consultant to operational leaders to strengthen the financial and market position of current programs and services and to assess opportunities for new business development. Key responsibilities included developing and facilitating strategic planning for all clinical services, launching automated service line dashboards, and overseeing Marketing and Creative Services. Reported directly to the Senior VP, Strategic Planning and Marketing.

Served as the corporate planning department liaison to major Centers of Excellence, Mission Associates (650-employed physician entity), and system member hospitals. Facilitated the development and implementation of annual strategic business plans through the use of multi-disciplinary planning teams. Designed and launched service line dashboards to support performance tracking and reporting.

Contributed to the development and maintenance of the TRICARE Provider Network for beneficiaries residing in the state of South Carolina. Primarily responsible for assessing network needs across the state, leading negotiations with prospective providers, and providing ongoing provider relations support.
