The WHY: I studied marketing and have been on a retail/cpg career journey because I am fascinated by the psychology behind purchase decisions and love the fast-paced, dynamic environment. I have worked for a retailer (Target) and have held various positions in analytics, category management, shopper marketing & category development. The HOW: I lead with empathy and find fulfillment in helping my team members be the best versions of themselves.
