Over the span of four semesters, I was privileged to work closely with four professors to improve this introductory course’s coherence and the student’s learning. I actively added value to the course through relevant assistance and feedback. I was able to hone my leadership skills while also reinforcing my own understanding of fundamental marketing and management concepts.Some of the roles I took on included:- Hosting office hours to help tutor students on course materials- Grading or pre-grading projects and assignments- Managed a system for student absences and excused assignments

- Conducted reader insights research to align brand partnerships with audience interests and preferences, resulting in a changed strategy of more native advertising and custom branded content- Supported marketing and media sales team to achieve positive client relationships and new accounts including Rimmel London, Victoria’s Secret Pink, and Hulu- Created program recaps with highlight metrics, insights, and competitive analysis for NYLON initiatives and advertiser programs

At Boulder Brands, I experienced the client side of the CPG business, and what it takes to manage the digital presence of two nationally distributed brands. Community management, influencer partnerships, and brand strategy were all essential components of the job.Some of my other responsibilities were:- Strengthening the Udi’s Gluten Free and Glutino brand with engaging imagery and messaging. Created a brand experience through various digital strategies, campaigns, and interactions.- Creating strong community engagement using various social media strategies on a number of channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and YouTube.- Improving the value of social media platforms through oversight and analysis using platforms such as Google Analytics, Sysomos, Iconosquare, and Sprout Social.
