Major Achievements:- Implemented OKRs to replace an outdated employee appraisal system, resulting in increased productivity and a cohesive culture working toward a singular goal across all departments. Company achieved +$3M over business plan. - Oversaw a large studio restructuring and managed the RIF process. In 2013, Three Rings was acquired by SEGA, and was rolled into SEGA’s Digital Games Business. The team released a number of mobile titles including Super Monkey Ball Bounce, Spellwood and a tablet version of the successful PC game Puzzle Pirates. - Provided full support for all due diligence related to company acquisition- Responsible for payroll management, tax filings and payroll compliance- Managed lease holdings in three US locations- Provided support to executive management team and ran general business operations- Managed all accounting functions [AP, AR, Expense Reports, Business Tax, in coordination with external tax firm- Managed Human Resources functions including full administration of insurance plans, payroll, and full cycle recruiting from job spec creation through candidate review and testing. Implemented an ATS software and drove efforts behind an aggressive hiring plan.

Three Rings Design is a PC MMORPG studio with two successful live titles: Puzzle Pirates and Spiral Knights. - Responsible for bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor management - Responsible for management of daily functions for a 25-person office including supplies and assets management, building maintenance, and general requests- Support for Human Resources including coordinating team building events managing job postings and the candidate recruitment funnel, assisting on-boarding and off-boarding- Tax and business filings support
