Travelling PSW in charge of helping clients with daily activities, enrichment, hygiene, and observing changes. Focus on time management, problem solving and communication, while maintaining compliance with Health Care standards. Provided meaningful contact to disabled people of all ages, who were in varying states of isolation. My carework was compassion-forward with respect for people's dignity and desires.

Halte Soleil is a respite house for families who care for neurodivergent and disabled people. Tasks included helping with ADL and IADL, enrichment, and hygiene. I provided meaningful contact and activities for clients that fit into their needs and desires, including everyone who was willing to participate. I ensured everyone had food, beverages and medications at the appropriate time to ensure the safety and comfort of all clients.

Offered and learned about types of support for LGBTTQIA+ Youth in Montreal and surrounding areas. I organized workshops, did camp counselling at their yearly camp, attended drop-ins, and completed an Active Listening workshop for the support line.
