• Lead a team of 11 direct report Dental Liaisons acting as a primary resource for all dental products (DMO, including Medicare/Medicare, PPO, TPA, third party leasing deals & discount plans) for providers, sales and marketing to aid in achieving key performance metrics in 24 states plus Washington DC and Puerto Rico.• Approve or adjust negotiations for provider compensation, strictly managing discounts and cost of care (COC).• Monthly analysis of DMO COC arrangements, reviewing network and financial impact of renewals and terms.• Daily analysis of DMO and PPO renegotiations to assess impact on network and COC if approved or termed.• Educate and service offices with Federal Plan members, as well as Medicare/Medicaid/CMS providers, providing office orientations and plan design, claims and administration assistance.• Collaborate with sales, providing analytical feedback in key markets for the development of new network pilots. • Assist with Complaints, Grievances and Appeals, reviewing reports and working to obtain resolution.• Maintain relationships with large DPM/DSO groups, review financials annually and oversee sale of practices/ takeovers to analyze COC and network impacts.• Coordinate with medical for OMS billing cross-over issues, dental in nature procedures or care concerns.• Oversee regulatory compliance projects including state recontracting initiatives, directory verifications, third party/leasing verifications and recredentialing non-responders.• Hire, performance manage, train and recognize opportunities for staff development and improvements.
