Sr. Public Relations, Marketing + Social Media Manger

Responsible for media outreach, management of media relations, management of consumer facing social media platforms, execution of location-based campaigns and special events, special partnerships, retail and trade marketing and general promotional project execution and reporting. Daily tasks include:• Lead and manage Social Media Engagement Team + overall response strategy• Lead and manage Social Media Content Development Team + overall strategy for 15 social platforms• Lead and manage Social Media project planning, execution and post-program review for 15 social platforms• Work with Digital Marketing Team to develop Paid Social + Display Advertising strategy • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing/media projects - including brand installations, large partnership opportunities, designer showhouses and other special events• Develop and manage media kit strategy, and reporting • Media outreach in the form of press release composition and pitching of stories to print, broadcast and online media • Communicate and present PR Department programs and schedules internally to both Executive Leadership Team + entire organization to ensure coordination across channels • On-location event support and execution • General office duties relating to creative briefs, project management and project fulfillment• Strategy development + measurement of online contests and sweepstakes• Manage "Voice of the Customer" marketing + response strategy across such platforms as BazaarVoice, Yelp etc. • Manage partnerships with key media entities, design and/or celebrity partners and influencers • Key contributor to launch and maintenance of Frontgate's first-ever online Affiliate Program • Provide Retail Marketing support for 6 store locations• Provide Trade Marketing support • Thought leader in company (and industry) offering workshops and tutorials when necessary in addition to partaking in public speaking opportunities
