Kate oversees marketing, sales and operations for the Brynn Grey Team; including most recent projects – the Peak One and Wellington Neighborhoods, and the Whole Foods Frisco / Basecamp project. Her gross sales last year were over $17.5M!Kate is responsible for coordinating construction schedules, financing, the sales / leasing process, agency liaison, and broker relations. In addition, Kate oversees on-site sales & marketing including the evolution and execution of all marketing campaigns, social media, website, video, signage, and print materials. In 2000, Kate graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, then moved to Colorado a few months later. After obtaining her Real Estate Brokers License, GRI and New Home Sales Professional designation in 2002, Mrs. Clement began building her real estate career and passion with Markel Homes Construction Company in Boulder. In 2008, she was awarded “Top 30 Under 30 Realtor” by National Association of Realtors with over $22M in sales in one year! In 2011, Mrs. Clement was recruited to become a part of the Brynn Grey team and relocated to Summit County. Mrs. Clement is an avid mountain biker & skier, and spends her free time exploring the mountains with her husband, adventurous two boys, and their playful Griffon, Oskar.
