Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.Perform applicant screens and present the slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers.Assist managers and HR with the identification of required skills and experiences and publishes job postings.Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist as needed to ensure the process is handled in an efficient and equitable manner.Provide input into candidate selection and ensure that decisions are based on the pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies/procedures.Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities, the status of job postings, and ensure that all candidates are receiving timely feedback throughout the process.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).Manage and review pre-employment process.

• Foresee and comprehend business needs (from talent reviews, business plans and growth strategies).• Implement global strategies, processes, programs and tools to attract and select high performing talent for all career levels.• Own the process for full cycle of recruitment: • Create, communicate and implement an ‘over the top’ recruiting process for both the hiring manager & candidates. • Extend offers to select candidates at the direction of hiring managers and in partnership with the Human Resources Director. • Administer and communicate talent acquisition KPIs and metrics.• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to create a partnership that yields success, consistent positive results and credibility. Provide advice and counsel to hiring managers on suitability of candidates.• Partner with the HR Director in developing relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms. Act as the liaison between the third-party and the Hiring Manager in partnership with HR Director.• Develop and maintain a network of diverse candidates and stay informed of diversity trends and innovative recruiting techniques.• Source talent for key open positions and proactively build talent pipelines for future mission critical and strategic needs. • Be an advocate for Fox in the Community. - Campaign our culture, benefits, products, and services to ‘sell’ the Company and the career opportunities with Fox.• Provide weekly recruitment summaries for Senior and Executive Leadership Teams.• Leverage professional network, organizations, publications, and self-development to stay informed of recurring trends, techniques and best practices ensuring that Fox becomes an Employer of Choice.• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations & services performed.
