· Responsible for the oversight and management of two strategically critical member service products which the organization offers -the Physical Therapy Centralized Application Service (PTCAS) and Residency and Fellowship Centralized Application Service(RF-PTCAS) for 290+ Physical Therapy Programs and 450+ Residencies and Fellowships.· Lead the daily and annual operations of each service, educating non-participating programs about these products, developing and executing outreach and awareness campaigns, recruiting interested education institutions, training users, troubleshooting problems, and evaluating the needs of Association members to best plan for enhancements, training sessions, and face-to-face meetings.· Work with all departments within the organization including finance, publications, meeting organization, member relations, and research and policy to achieve revenue goals, implement marketing campaigns, accommodate member requests, and analyze historical and trend data for all assigned services.· Partner with outside vendors to ensure the successful management of each application within my portfolio.· Established and nurtured new relationships with strategic partners integral to the Association's success in increasing applicants to professional education programs.· Helped create and develop HOSA Find a Mentor program to improve student recruitment initiatives· Generated Content for Student recruitment including various applicant resources.· Increased Program participation of PTCAS by 5% and increased applicant use by 2% (17,845)· Delivered Numerous new informational and training webinars to Association members and potential applicants, with attendance of up to 50 in under 1 year· Hosted multiple virtual fairs to potential applicants and programs, while answering questions to over 1500 people.· Delivered a data collection process and associated annual reports, providing member institutions with accurate trend data
