In my role as Director of Supply Chain at SCA Health, I am responsible for strategically aligning and prioritizing Supply Chain initiatives between SCA facilities and executives. Leading a team of 5, I develop the annual Supply Chain strategic vision supporting the financial performance of 112 facilities across the Southeast and Midwest. My role involves conducting data analysis with Excel to identify regional and local savings opportunities, managing cost reduction projects, and negotiating contracts for facilities. I also partner with Operations and Finance to lead presentations at physician partnership meetings, aligning facility staff and surgeons on local supply chain strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability. Throughout my career at SCA Health, I have consistently delivered material cost savings, developed institutional best practices, and contributed to strategic initiatives that optimize financial performance.

I worked directly with companies such as Mercedes and Volkswagen providing customer service to support their logistics needs.

I help the account manager understand the desires and needs of customers at Samford University. I also help to promote the brand name across campus and find more customers for the company.

I process car and truck rentals to customers. I also help to promote the brand through excellent customer service. In charge of answering phone calls, customers questions, and booking reservations through both phone and through walk ups. I go through the whole booking process from giving customers quotes on different vehicle prices, checking the availability of that vehicle, checking for valid insurance, and finally taking payment on the rental. My final task is checking the fleet everyday to ensure all vehicles are running properly and no maintenance is needed on them.
