Coordinated projects for more than 100 clients with field, laboratory, and client services staff to achieve annual individual revenue goal of $1,000,000.

*Promotion to Client Services Assistant from Subcontracting CoordinatorIn this Administrative Assistant role, I organized all aspects of potable water, wastewater, and soil testing projects from inventory assessment to account management to prepare for my promotion to project manager. Concurrently, I ensured that proper training was provided to relinquish my position as primary subcontractor.

Managed all referral laboratory testing through negotiation of anaylsis turn around time, project pricing, results integration, logistics scheduling, and quality assurance to grow company subcontracting operations model and foster lasting relationships with external laboratories.

Through promotion of gallery events, management of communication and ensuring exhibit security, I found my niche in a creative and fun environment! Presenting my knowledge of featured artists and their works to provide unique interactions for gallery patrons.

Combining my knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and my experience with vinyl cut machines, I exported vector files for the production and assembly of vinyl cut art for Ann Tarantino's "Full Bloom" displayed at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, NY. (Check it out!)

My love of art and working with children opened a door to the Programs Department. Glasswork, ceramics, multimedia crafts, painting, and photography were just a few of the instructional classes I guided students through during the summer program. At the end of the art program, I designed and installed the student gallery exhibition to display the participants' works. In addition, administrative work in the offices provided me invaluable experience on the inside workings of an art co-op.

I jumped at the opportunity to utilize my Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills to work with the innovators of a home organization company to design a logo that inspires dialogue about their products. This project would continue to fuel my love of working with Adobe in my future experiences of designing my own hand drawn computer animations with Adobe Flash.
