Katelin Bell is open to work!She most recently worked at Arise Virtual Solutions as a Customer Success Manager. Katelin managed the quality assurance team for a tech support and sales program. She quickly learned the ins and outs of each product and process, making her the top subject matter expert.Prior to Arise, she worked at Qualfon (previously Dialog Direct, previously Allegra Direct Communications) for over nine years. She started as a Customer Service Representative and worked her way up from there. Her first management position was as a Quality Analyst, and she’s also held positions in Training and as a Team Leader. Her last position at Qualfon was as an Operations Manager, which she started in November of 2016. Due to her diverse background in a BPO setting, she has a wide array of highly developed skills. Katelin is extremely adept at data analytics; she uses continuous improvement methods learned from her Six Sigma certification such as scatter grams and fish bone diagrams to conduct trend analysis and therefore improve overall operational efficiencies. She is also skilled at communication as well as HIPAA and PCI compliances.Katelin is driven, efficient, able to prioritize and multitask, and has a high level of attention to detail. She attended Oakland University for two years studying business management. Her professional goal is to implement and continuously improve all processes in order to exceed client expectations, reduce waste, and enrich employee engagement. She is an active Mission Leader, having in the past helped create, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities such as Art Contests and Survivor Football Games.Katelin doesn’t have any children but is the mother to four beautiful cats.
