    I led a team of 3 in the Partnerships and Offshore space for Australia’s leading airline. Our Partnerships spanned National and State Government tourism bodies (both Australian and international), regional airports and the private sector. I was responsible for leading my team to implement all partner marketing activity which requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple partners, time zones and deadlines. As well, I worked with the senior leadership team in contract negotiations with all tourism partners, and played a key role in Qantas’ crisis response to the Australian bushfire and COVID-19 crises. Offshore, Qantas spans 9 regional offices tasked with driving incremental international revenue in fiercely competitive markets. My key responsibility included being the primary head office representative for our offshore marketing managers to enable global marketing efficiencies, designing and leading major stakeholder meetings and learning sessions, as well as budget management and reporting.
