Responsible for positioning the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce as the lead business organization to strengthen Kalispell's current and future workforce. Works to support the development, attraction, and retention of a qualified labor force by working with employers, regional partners, and educational institutions, providing collaboration to work across the public and private sectors.

Responsible for all marketing and communication efforts for the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, developing and implementing programs to address local workforce needs, helping local businesses grow and succeed through connectivity, responsible for Flathead Area Young Professionals, community outreach regarding local programming and legislative initiatives.

Currently serving as the program lead for Flathead Area Young Professionals, the high-performing development group for young professionals aged 21-39 in the Flathead Valley. I oversee all functions of the organization and am the lead for programs such as the annual 20 Under 40 Awards and the 2019 statewide young professionals summit coming to Kalispell June 12-14.
