During my employment with this collection agency I acted as the field chase coordinator. In this position I was required to handle requests from prominent credit unions around the country and dispatch field service reps to the homes and work places of debtors who were falling behind in payments in order to make contact with them and inquire as to why they defaulted and if they were going to be able to make arrangements to pay back the loan. While in this position, I strengthened the relationship between our company and the collection departments of the various credit unions.Other tasks included creating highly detailed monthly Excel reports and sending them in to the various credit unions to show progress made on defaulted accounts. Also included was skip-tracing, entering new accounts, verifying bankruptcy filings and contacting delinquent members.

In this position, my responsibilities included inventory and cycle counts, stock replenishment, display design and implementation, as well as assisting guests with any needs they presented. When needed, I would provide support for the customer service desk at which time I would accept returns, make sales, check availability of inventory, and mediate customer concerns and complaints.

Before Delta closed its doors for good in October of 2007, I had the privilege of being their Order Processor and Customer Service Representative. In this capacity, I accepted incoming orders, created proposals and invoices. In addition, I sent out samples to contractors and agents across the country and built relationships with them to ensure their confidence in the company I was representing. When orders were in, it was also my duty to check on the status and to make sure that the fixtures were being manufactured and shipped accurately and on time. Once a job was completed I would submit the invoice to the contractor for payment.
