I work closely with the Growth stream in the Activation team. This area allows having a multi-disciplinary focus that combines product strategy, visual and UX design, data analysis, research, user psychology, and others.Main projects and focuses:— Leading the end-to-end design process, from problem framing to experiment designs— Creating a space for the team to ideate and co-create in Brainstorming sessions— Preparation and facilitation of Design Sprints— Collaboration with product managers and analysts to deeper understand segments and context, framing of design problem and solution— Presenting research results and design solutions to the team and leadership— Validation of solutions with users, using qualitative and quantitative methods— Conducting user research to understand better problems, blockers, and successful paths— Collaboration and support of engineers and analysts during development— Implementing the iterative approach to gather insights and create new hypotheses to continue validation in experimenting during the next iterations— Creating a holistic future vision of the area— Participation in product strategy forming— Improving the team's processes and communication between different rolesMain skills and tools:— Implementation of a systematic approach and holistic vision for all types of experiments— Creating end-to-end flows, prototypes, and validation with users— Research preparation, starting with structure, problem, goal framing, and choice of the method— Conducting user interviews, surveys, and unmoderated tests— Flexibility in design decisions based on the technical and data conditions— Focusing on business metrics and users' goals— Articulation of design decisions— Analysis of experiments and research results— Figma, Miro, UserTesting, Looker, Principle, Readymag
