My responsibilities include: ~Demonstrate positive leadership in the residence halls and the UW-Whitewater campus community.~Assess and respond to the needs of residents and the building.~Develop and maintain a hall environment that is conductive to student learning.~Ensure adherence to community standards and programming requirements which will maximize residences' academic and personal success.~Promote the growth and development of residents and facilitate their academic success and connection to the residence hall and campus community. ~Adhere to Interact, Map-Works, Maxient and other technological systems as requested. ~Attend to administrative responsibilities including time management, prioritization skills, organizational skill and completing all paperwork required in a timely fashion. ~Assume responsibility for personal learning and development in the Resident Assistant role.
