Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for gymnasts of all ages. Assist staff in ensuring proper spotting technique, developmentally appropriate stations, and class management.

Create and facilitate lessons that are based on the developmental level and gymnastics ability of the gymnasts. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for the children and families that come through our doors. Assist in training new staff.

Develop curriculum to ensure proper development and progression. Coordinate staff training and provide communication to staff and families.

Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities based on the needs of the children. Assist in caretaking activities such as meal prep, serving, diapering, etc.

Observed child life specialists provide procedural support, normalization, bereavement support, and advocating for patient and family needs. Created and facilitated various therapeutic activities for patients and siblings in the activity center. Complete additional assignments such as reflective journals, charting, medical terminology, and ethics.
