I am an aspiring social impact consultant. In my current position of Human Resource Manager, I apply my project management and communication skills to develop and implement effective organizational structure and policies. I work daily with C Suite Executives and leadership to foster a positive and productive work culture that aligns with the company's mission and values. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience as a Program Director Intern at Humanitarian Experience, Inc., where I contributed to various humanitarian projects in different regions. I also conducted research on the female student experience at BYU Family, Home, and Social Sciences, where I gathered and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to present recommendations to the leaders of the department. Through multiple years of experience in the fields of human resources, program management, and research, I have developed core competencies in interpersonal communication, data analysis, and analytical reasoning. I am passionate about creating inclusive and impactful solutions that improve the lives of people and communities.
