This position continued from Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences when SLCHS merged with Rockhurst Univesity. In this position, I contacted prospective and current students via email and phone calls to inform them of admissions processes and any holds that may have been added to their student accounts. I maintained over a 92% accuracy rate in data entry responsibilities and maintained student records for the admissions office. In my day-to-day, I processed student applications, transcripts, and other necessary materials.

In this role, I was a supervisor for the college's student ambassadors, I assisted admissions and marketing offices in recruiting and processing duties and I communicated with prospective students about college programs and expectations. I was in charge of keeping records for the admissions office, particularly transcripts. During the first wave of the pandemic and the SLCHS merger with Rockhurst, I operated the front desk for the college, being the first point of contact for the public and students who were unsure of their primary contacts.

I managed multiple deadlines for different managers and always met deadlines without incident. At KC Metro Homes I did any marketing and advertising that was needed. I was able to increase their social media following on multiple platforms, I was involved in the rebranding process which included creating new logos and increasing their presence in the community. During my time their I also wrote weekly blog posts. Interning at KC Metro Homes was a great experience where I was able to learn a lot and grow professionally.
