As a Student Ambassador, I made telephone calls to alumni, parents of students, and friends of the university in order to connect with them and discuss their monetary support of the university. I have spoken with over two thousand prospects. As a supervisor, I am responsible for observing the calls of fellow students and coaching them to help improve their skills.Over the course of my time with TeleFUND, I raised more than $300,000 for Otterbein University.

As a PR intern with the Otterbein University Women's NET (Network, Educate, Transform), my work focused on website redesign, event planning, mentoring, and writing for various channels of communication. This work was through Otterbein University's marketing and communications department.

As PR Coordinator for Otterbein University's involvement in One Billion Rising, I was responsible for a week's worth of events and their coordinating teams. I recruited a strong team to lead events, wrote news releases and media advisories, reached out to media in order to secure coverage of important events, created social media content before, during, and after each event, and delegated responsibilities to event coordinators to ensure efficient execution throughout the week.
