Ensured the success of the 50+ annual performances in Snider Music Recital Hall (~300 seats) by managing a team of box office, ushers, and backstage hands to deliver excellent customer service and meet artist needs. I also served as the "Tech Pool Scheduler" for a crew of 25+ people, creating event and daily schedules to fulfill staffing and daily classroom equipment needs. This required maintaining the department calendar, keeping it up-to-date, and anticipating faculty needs in a rapidly-changing environment.
