Senior Partner Services Specialist
Community Involvement Coordinator
I coordinate volunteer projects between our office and the local community.
Contract Administrator 3
I am happy to have been promoted to the next level in Contract Administration. I am performing the same duties as well as additional responsibilities, such as coordinating work distribution, creating spreadsheets to aid in work distribution, and keeping the fees spreadsheet up to date.
Contract Administrator 2
I receive contracts from dealers all over the US and Canada and review the documentation to ensure we have everything we need before funding a deal. If anything is missing or has an issue, I work with the dealers and the Sales Development Representative to satisfy the requirements. I upload the information to our InfoLease application and check that everything has come over correctly. When the deal is ready to book, I buy it in InfoLease, or give it to a second checker if it is over my limit. Working together is extremely important to getting contracts uploaded and funded as quickly as possible.
Security Administrator 1
As Security Administrator, I had a lot of different responsibilities, most of which revolved around making sure our liens are properly secured. I achieved this by maintaining UCC filings, checking titles on certain equipment, and searching UCCs with the Secretary of State to ensure first lien status. Our department also handled sending out Paid in Full documents, No Security Interest letters and terminating UCCs. I had special jobs within the department as Title Administrator and Refund Processor. As Title Administrator, I would review copies of Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin and title applications to check for errors and/or missing information prior to funding the deal. I would also work the title report each month to follow up with dealers on titles that we have not received. As Refund Processor, I was in charge of all refunds for US and AGCO Canada Food & Ag accounts. Reasons for refunds include payment received after payoff quoted, paying ahead which resulted in less interest, payment after disposition of account and extra payments that the customer requests sent back to them.
Collector 1
My worklist consisted of customers that were 15-30 days past due on their payment. I would call each customer on my worklist and speak with them or leave a message to call back. I would work out a payment plan with the customer or take their payment over the phone, notating each account with a summary of what I talked about with the customer. My goals were to make and take at least 21 calls per hour. Most of the customers I spoke with were very nice. I even had some that would thank me for letting them know they were late on their payment. This position really taught me how to utilize great customer service to make both the customer and the company happy.
Sales Associate/Holiday Mentor/Holiday Key Holder/Temp Key Holder
It was my duty to empower customers to feel beautiful and to find them not just what they want, but also what they need. In addition to helping customers, I also rang up sales, cleaned the store, and helped management with their needs. As a Holiday Mentor, it was my job to help train the Holiday new hires so that they could learn about selling and customer service in a short amount of time.I assisted the management team with returns, exchanges, associate sales, and provided back up as a Manager on Duty during the busiest time of the year.I assisted with running the sales floor and closing the store during a management change.Working here has taught me valuable lessons in leadership and performance management.
Sales Lead
While I was a Sales Lead at Vanity, I learned a lot about management in a short time. On the days that I opened the store, I had to plan for the day based on the numbers, and deposit the money from the previous day. Some of the metrics that I looked at were the ratio of transactions to people who came into the store, the average amount sold by each associate for each hour they worked and the total sales. This gave me an idea of how well we were turning sales and how well each associate was selling. Once I got a clear picture, I would organize what my associates needed to focus on, whether to cut or add hours, and how to drive numbers for the day. As each associate came in to work, I would lead them with a pep talk and tell them their responsibilities for the day. As the day went on, I would track our current metrics hourly. I would control the metrics by letting my associates know what we were lacking and how to drive that metric without losing the others. On the days that I closed, I was in charge of counting the money in the register, preparing the deposit, making sure the store was neat and clean for the next day, and locking up the store.
Sales Associate/Sales Support Associate/Bra Specialist/Temporary Supervisor
During my years with Victoria's Secret, I have held several different positions at 3 different stores. As a Sales Associate, I would be on the floor, directly helping our customers find the perfect purchase and assist them at the cash register. I would build customer loyalty by signing customers up for the VS Angel card.As a Sales Support Associate, I would work in the back room preparing new product for the floor. This consisted of documenting boxes, opening the packages, putting on sensors if needed, and folding or hanging up the item. I would also keep the floor stocked for the sales associates and customers. As a Bra Specialist, I received in-depth training on the art of bra fitting. Measuring is not an exact science, there are several factors to consider to get a woman into the perfect fit. I would work closely with customers, asking questions and getting feedback, to help them find the perfect bra.I was a Temporary Supervisor during Holiday 2010. Most of my responsibilities revolved around driving sales with great customer service and coaching sales associates on doing the same. On the days that I opened, I would deposit the money from the previous day, get on the morning conference call, and leave the coaching message of the day. On the days that I closed, I was in charge of counting out the registers, preparing the deposits, looking over the store with the sales associates, and locking up the store. In all positions, I regularly helped with floorsets. During floorsets, we would stay late and reorganize the store to make room for new product and set up new marketing materials.
Sales Associate/Guest Services Specialist
Each Sales Associate was given a department to manage during their shift. Job duties were to help guests, keep the department neat and clean, and help at the register when needed.I received a promotion to Guest Services, where I was assigned to the main registers. My responsibilities were to ring guest transactions, process returns, page associates to help ring, retrieve layaways, empty hangers and sensors, and keep bags stocked.
