Worked closely with the Vice President across all projects in the Transportation and Fuels portfolio, including electric vehicles, bioeconomy, bioCCS, and clean fuels work. By working with all projects within the portfolio, I aligned cross-programmatic work and maintained project momentum. I developed work plans, assembled and led project teams, handled grant reporting and documentation, oversaw budgets, co-facilitated member meetings, and supervised the work of interns and Transportation & Fuels program associates.

Provided programmatic support to the Transportation & Fuels program area including meeting and committee coordination, budget development and tracking, and grant writing. Executed development and success of various events including ride-and-drive events to promote electric vehicles. Collaborated with GPI communications team to increase general public and member awareness of electric vehicles and bioeconomy via website and social media.Key Contributions:• Prepared and facilitated the first annual membership drive for the Bioeconomy Coalition of Minnesota, which raised over $60,000• Organized and implemented the first annual Electric Vehicle Day at the Capitol in collaboration with Midwest Evolve, consisting of two electric buses and several owner light duty electric vehicles on display and four electric vehicles available for test drives• Applied for and received the first Minnesota GreenCorps Member for the Transportation & Fuels program area at GPI• Wrote and published 15 original blog posts for Great Plains Institute, Drive Electric Minnesota, and Bioeconomy Coalition of Minnesota

Advised and carried out marketing strategies for all programs as directed. Gathered stories and experiences of members and program participants for marketing, fundraising, and newsletter content. Worked to expand milk carton recycling in Greater Minnesota by contacting schools, waste haulers, and other participants. Formed partnership with Carton Council (which helped to secure $25,000 grant for RAM to continue the carton recycling project). Worked with the Jeffers Foundation, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, New London-Spicer School District, and Silver King to set up a pilot bulk milk dispenser project, tracked data, analyzed, and reported on the results. Developed content for website and public education. Prepared and gave presentations to educate about waste reduction through milk carton recycling and bulk milk options. Key Contributions• Increased milk consumption by 10% and cut energy by 50% through implementation of bulk milk dispenser pilot • Signed five schools up to participate in milk carton recycling pilot project in Otter Tail County
