Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to roles that focus on supporting employees and working behind the scenes to make a meaningful impact on organizations and their people. My journey into supporting employees really began in Universal’s benefits department, where I found fulfillment in guiding team members through crucial decisions about their insurance needs. However, my true passion was found when I transitioned to the talent development team. In that role, I focused on enhancing the training and onboarding experience, ensuring that new employees felt welcomed, excited, and supported as they started their journey at Universal. It was incredibly rewarding to help ease the stress of starting a new role, making their first few weeks smoother and more enjoyable while setting them up for success.Today, I bring that same passion for employee support into my work as a Recruiting Manager. I specialize in connecting exceptional talent with businesses across diverse industries, including law firms, public accounting firms, retailers, and more.
