As a Senior Associate on the Digital Investment Team, I analyze data reports on digital placement performance in the form of CPCs, CTRs, and CPMs in order to identify key areas of improvement weekly. Once identified, using settings in the DSP, I make optimizations to improve ROIs for the client. Additionally, I reach out to our site direct partners to keep open lines of communication regarding package performance and potential shifts in strategy. During our campaign building stage, I also evaluate partner performance over the past year to determine which partners we should renew investment in and if so, how much to invest considering their avails and our overall brand strategy. During creative handoffs, I assist in communications between the creative agency and our Ad Ops Team regarding feedback, getting placements ready to traffic promptly and efficiently.

As a content manager, I worked on GM brands' national web pages ensuring links took consumers to the right pages so they could find the information they're looking for. By implementing Search Engine Optimization key phrases onto page settings, the people who were looking for our clients were able to find them with ease. Working alongside other Content Managers, Project Managers, Qualitative Analysts, and Client Representatives, I ensured that image, copy, and page build edits were made correctly and in a timely manner in order to minimize resource utilization.

As a content contributor, I worked closely with REIMAGE's CEO and founder to brainstorm ideas on what kinds of content to create in order to increase REIMAGE's brand image with the public. It was important that consumers perceived REIMAGE Beauty as a brand that empowered women and aimed to enhance the natural beauty that every woman possesses. In every one of the 14 blog articles, 2 commercial scripts, individual showcase biographies, and the editorial layout copy I wrote, these values were at the forefront in order to attract consumers who aligned themselves with similar values.

As a marketing assistant at the Michigan Quarterly Review (MQR), I oversaw postings on the literary journal's social media accounts. Utilizing popular, trending hashtags to target consumers with a frequent online presence, I was able to increase user traffic flow to our website. Additionally, I was set with the task of formulating a roster of contact information for the writers that had contributed to past editions of the journal. Taking this information I had gathered, I contacted these writers, looking to forge a stronger working relationship between MQR and its past contributers in order to gain MQR a stronger presence in the literary sphere.

When I was working as a staff intern at Ann Arbor Family Press, I had the opportunity to brainstorm, develop interview questions, conduct interviews and research to write a full length feature article for the monthly magazine. This full length article resulted in an increased interest from readers in the student organization that the article featured and several people contacted members of the E-Board of the organization, interested in how they could get involved. Although this full length article was my primary project, I also crafted six shorter pieces, ran the monthly calendar of events, and promoted community involvement in the magazine's readers across all age groups.
