I have utilized Salesforce and Nexidia Analytics data to advise on contact center training, call reduction initiatives and look for digital self-service opportunities.LEADERSHIP:I enjoy mentoring others throughout their career by providing guidance on data analytics and governance best practices, or lessons I've learned.
