• Managed a team of greater than 25 individuals in 4 states at various subspecialty clinics including pediatric and adult urology, allergy, general pediatrics, inpatient pediatrics, emergency medicine, and virtual medicine• Coordinated on-boarding, scheduling, travel arrangements, credentialing, payroll, and off-boarding for each member of my team as well as developed a virtual scribe product with the product development coordinator.• Provided high quality on-site training to newly hired medical scribes, ensuring comprehension of general and site-specific material including medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, laboratory studies, disease processes, diagnoses, and treatments• Customized instruction methods to best adapt to needs, learning style, and personality of the trainee or physician involved• Utilized multiple EMRs including EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, Pulse Check, Sunrise, and Synthesis• Analyzed site-specific issues that arose and implemented individualized solutions to ensure the overall success of the program• Effectively communicated with clients and, if needed, provided additional support to ensure complete satisfaction of service

I completed research on mTBI in the summer of 2015. Currently, I am working on a team in the UNH neuropsychology lab in Manchester, under Dr. Daniel Seichepine, on cognitive and personality differences between nontremor-onset and tremor-onset Parkinson's disease.

Assisted in maintaining proper function of the front end as well as working with customers to address concerns and answer questions.
