Accounts Receivable Specialist ResponsibilitiesInvoicing: Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients. Assist with the firm’s invoice workflow process.Client Account Maintenance: Monitor and reconcile client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of client payments and process approved credits.Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to address inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.Reporting: Prepare and present accounts receivable reports to management, highlighting key metrics, including client accounts with delayed payments, non-payments, and other irregularities.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the accounts receivable and billing functions.Accounting Specialist ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries, assisting the Financial Management Team with the timely completion of the month-end and year-end close cycle.Review general ledger, ensuring transactions are coded to appropriate general ledger account.Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including assisting with monthly bank reconciliations.All other duties as assigned.Preferred Experience/Background/SkillsProven experience in a position with similar duties.High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.Must be comfortable with phone calls and responding to clients timely.Ability to work independently and under deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strict adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality.Ability to use accounting information systems, Excel and other supporting software; comfortable with technology.

- Accounting Process (Journal Entries, Credit Card Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Consolidated Schedules, Running Reports, Risk Management, Settlements, Running Analytics, Implementing Efficiencies and Auditing)- Good Communication, Attention to Detail, Quick Response Times are required for this position.- Programs: FACT, ICE, Report Center, Peoplesoft, Microsoft Suite, Bullhorn, Teams, Zoom, EDGE and more.
