Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate
CurrentResponsible for ensuring alignment between Carhartt business operations and HR practices and objectives. Understanding and translating business strategy, the Senior HR Business Partner provides nimble and dynamic solutions to people issues using data, experience and organizational agility to guide decision making. The Senior HR Business Partner provides consulting and coaching to leaders and associates to support Carhartt’s Mission, Vision and company goals.• Provide expertise to assigned business units in several aspects of the employment cycle by coaching associates and leaders and developing tools for: o Interviewing and Selection of Talent o Onboarding and Training Plans o Employee Relations o Performance Management o Assessment of talent and resource needs, succession planning, and career development • Act as a primary liaison for assigned senior leadership team members (director to C-level) and business units to design, implement and deliver employee programs that positively impact the environment and create engagement.• Drive Talent Management initiatives and Organizational Design needs. • Proactively identify and support the elements of change management with the business.• Utilize experience, data and a high level of business acumen to influence business decisions that promote a high-performance work environment.• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective investigations with responsibility for difficult and sensitive information.• Identify, analyze, and report out on key performance indicators and trends related to human capital to develop solutions to issues affecting the business.
