She managed full cycle recruitment for NYC, LA, Dallas, NJ, and London Corporate functions, Personal Shopping, and Customer Client Services. In addition to recruitment and talent management, Kate oversaw Education and Role Development. Before working with Net-A-Porter, Kate worked as the Talent Acquisition Specialist for News America Marketing, a subsidiary of News Corp which delivered Marketing, Advertising and Sales Insight to the consumer goods industry. Kate focused on the recruitment of Sales, Marketing, Creative, Communications, Human Resources, and Learning/Development from entry level to senior roles.Before working with News America Marketing, Kate held a successful career with LBrands, Victoria's Secret in retail management and from there, growing her concentration to retail talent recruitment and education. Kate directly impacted five major teams at the two largest Victoria’s Secret site locations globally and supported several more LBrands, VS teams throughout NJ and NYC from 2006 to 2017. A notable project Kate aided in spearheading was the implementation of a ground up custom applicant tracking system launch from Taleo. Learning the system from the creators, Kate cascaded this initiative to the team level across the NYC metro area. Using this new platform, Kate worked to support, hire, and staff a full new team of over 1500 associates to open the 5th Avenue VS location.
