I have gained my Bachelor's and Minor through Arizona State University, focusing on Business Communication, Leadership Management, and Digital Audiences. I have become a hard worker with excellent organizational and time management skills. I am thrilled to be working with the Flourish Network at Real who has benefited and expanded on the skills. My passions are hard to narrow down. I have loved my time at ASU to gain knowledge of online marketing. I also learned to love training new partners at Starbucks and to build on our provided training program. Along with learning about customer trends and seeing what makes a customer tick. Finally, I have come to enjoy learning about event planning through my internship with Freedom Hunters as I find so much joy in organizing things down to every detail. For Starbucks, I worked towards building relationships with customers to create a welcoming environment. Along with perfecting the task at hand on a day to day basis. I enjoyed training onboarding partners as I work hard to make them feel as comfortable and appreciated through our rigorous training. I also loved taking time to merchandise our products and see how our customer buying habits changed if I switch the featured product. For Freedom Hunters, I worked on growing their customer interactions on social media. Along with providing training for the founder to better optimizing what great tools they have available to them. I also helped seek donations from products to property. While also assisting in organizing events to create awareness and receive donations.
