At JNL I complete data analysis of confidential information of clients. I am relied on to complete work of full time associates that is crucial for the company's efficiency during each week. Throughout my shifts I am also trusted to handle important, private documents of clients and work with them according to the scheduled task.

While at Franklin Hills Country Club I supervised events held at the club from weddings, fundraisers, and bat and bar mitzvahs to barbecues and birthday parties. I was able to rotate through different positions throughout the club as a supervisor, for events and poolside restaurant, waitress, hostess, busser and front desk agent. I had to handle high pressure situations throughout the internship while maintaining member satisfaction and meeting member demands.

As a summer intern for the Somerset Inn I worked as a hostess/waitress in the hotels restaurant Crumpets. I was the first and last contact with the guest when they entered the restaurant and always sat customers down and filled their drinks. I also took customer complaints, to go orders, room-service orders and helped the customer in any way I could. I also was able to work closely with the General Manager who taught me not only about the restaurant industry but also the hotel industry.
