Report monthly to landlords providing year to date financial records, property updates, and suggestions when warranted. Responsible for lease administration from application processing to lease termination; including but not limited to: overseeing lease is adhered to, violation/default notices, all efforts to collect monies due, and on-site inspections to ensure property meets safety and code standards. Direct point of contact for all tenant maintenance and leasing inquiries. Implement and streamline processes for routine maintenance and inspection reports to ensure safety, consistency, and timely resolve. Procure and manage vendors nationwide for various projects. Obtain insurance certificates and make certain of compliance.

Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing high quality service. Conducting lease administration and coordinating property maintenance at residential and commercial properties. Establishing report with service providers.

Represent Fifth Third in customer first contact situations to aid and guide them to the appropriate service solutions they require. Advise customers in their decisions to help improve their finances and financial understanding.

Provide superior customer care regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries and problem resolution in accordance with policies. Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for products and services uncovered during business interactions and/or conversations.
