I am responsible for representing one of the largest lighting companies in the world, facilitating the best options for my accounts when it comes to their store lighting and major jobs; while ensuring customer satisfaction through developing lighting design plans, processing large orders and tracking shipments. Working closely with the Senior Account.

I represent various manufacturers in the electrical and home department such as Cooper Lighting, Thomas & Betts, Leviton, Good Earth, and Willert Home Products. Assisting them in selling their product to large accounts like Ace Hardware, True Value, and Do It Best; along with smaller companies like LMC. I maintain the roles within the sales and marketing.

I completed various tasks from cold calls, warm calls, and market research. I reached out to CEO's, Vice President's, and Directors to let them know we have multiple different applications that could be beneficial to their businesses. I also spoke in webinars performed by our company. INDUSA has various lunch events as well that I assisted in planning.

I worked at the front desk assisting customers with any concerns and questions. I also answered telephone lines and directed calls for a staff of 13. I was in charge of database entries for the entire office. Completed multiple projects like creating a new file system for one of my colleagues. I also created various advertisements and display cases for.

I worked along side and assisted the program coordinator. I would keep the databases up to date and accurate. I would also communicate with the mentors and proteges in the program, making sure they were meeting and turning in their paperwork.

Developed various display cases to advertise health awareness. I answered three telephone lines for the head nurse and directed the calls to the proper area. I also handled questions on insurance and directed the customer to the proper company.
